Disney Director James Gunn Deletes 10,000 Tweets and Blogs After Rape & Paedophilia Content Resurfaces

UPDATE: Disney has officially fired James Gunn as director of Guardians of The Galaxy Vol 3. They will also find a new writer for the film as Gunn had already written the script for the film back in June.

Director James Gunn is largely known for two things; Being the writer and director of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Guardians of The Galaxy franchise and calling President Donald Trump and his supporters Nazis on Twitter. Now the Disney director is doing damage control after some decade old tweets and blog posts have resurfaced and has people asking some questions. According to the Daily Caller, the situation started with Gunn attempting to defend actor Mark Duplass who tried to get his liberal audience to listen to conservative commentator Ben Shapiro in an attempt to reach across the aisle. After swift Twitter backlash from his base, Gunn stepped in to say “Maybe you disagree with Mark Duplass, which is completely fair (personally I think even Ben Shapiro’s mother should unfollow him). But that doesn’t make Duplass’ point-of-view evil,” Gunn tweeted. “There are a lot of traitors & racists in the country today. Perhaps save the outrage for them.” Gunn then ended his Twitter rant by calling Shapiro an “asshole.”

Shortly after this, A TheDCNF search of his Twitter account revealed that nearly 1/3rd of Gunn’s tweets dating back nearly ten years were full of racist, anti-semitic, homophobic, rape, and paedophilia jokes. The worst of the deleted tweets you can find here courtesy of Film Gob.

But the story doesn’t end there, old posts from James Gunn’s blog depicting some disturbing details regarding children have some people really upset. Gunn describes the incident with a child and a monkey in detail, saying the story makes him “extremely happy.” “The trainer was too late. It only took the monkey a few seconds to bring himself to completion. A string of semen shot out of the mini-monkey-wood and splash-landed DIRECTLY ON THE KID.” Screaming and freaking out commenced. “I know it might be sick, but that story makes me extremely happy,” Gunn wrote.

Another disturbing post titled “Video: 100 Pubescent Girls Touch Themselves,” where he wrote “Huston Huddleston posted this video on my Facebook page with the note ‘I thought you’d appreciate this.’ My response: ‘Appreciate it?!! I just came all over my own face!!’” Now while the contents of the video can not be confirmed at this time, it is worth noting that Huston Huddleston whom Gunn says sent him the video is registered sex offender who pleaded guilty earlier this year to one count of possessing child pornography.

Gunn has responded to the tweets by saying “In the past, I have apologized for humor of mine that hurt people. I truly felt sorry and meant every word of my apologies,” he continued, adding, “For the record, when I made these shocking jokes, I wasn’t living them out. I know this is a weird statement to make, and seems obvious, but, still, here I am, saying it.”

James Gunn has since deleted his entire twitter account.

You have to question the decision making ability of someone who would post “I just came all over my own face” on a public forum. This guy is disturbed.

The fact this guy openly makes these comments, and still found acceptance among top Hollywood executives, speaks volumes about the (complete lack of) moral integrity permeating their whole industry.

But he calls conservatives nazis and assholes on Twitter so it’s all okay.

This really makes you think about how deceithful people are in general. Somehow this guy managed to help make such loved movies with this kind of disturbing and revolting mindset/attitude without most of the world hearing about it. Frankly, I’m shocked and just profoundly disgusted.

It’s a damn shame, I really loved the first Guardians of the Galaxy film but Gunn’s behavior in the last few years have really turned me off to him and this story is only getting darker by the hour.

Holy Hell. Who writes 10,000 tweets let alone 10,000 about fucking kids?

Even though I don’t like the guy, I still think this is an over-reaction on Disney’s part, and an over-reaction on everyone else’s part for being so pissed about it. If it turns out he did go all pedo on some kids, that would be different. But I’ve been seeing too much crying and moaning from the far-left for similar reasons that I’d hate to see people on the right become hypocritical and start doing the same thing.

I said earlier that the biggest problem with this story isn’t the tweets, it’s the possible connection to Huston Huddleston. If someone starts digging and finds out the Gunn traded disturbing videos with someone known to possess child porn, the tweets become a secondary issue, but it would provide deeper context.

Well then, guess we’ll just have to see. I usually prefer the whole, “innocent until proven guilty” mindset. Except for Hillary Clinton and Monsanto.

The video is of a girls choir singing the song “I touch myself” by the divinyls in the 90s. It was like one of those “pussy” jokes with a picture of a cat. Its a lame joke. thats all

Hadn’t heard that, just knew the post was deleted at the time of this article. That clarifies the video but the Huston Huddleston connection is still pretty damning.
