Once again, the progressive left is attacking actor Chris Pratt for not being a leftist. This time, some of his fellow Avengers castmates are defending him from baseless attacks but now progressives are upset that the cast is defending Chris Pratt…but didn’t defend Brie Larson.

Earlier this week, it was announced that members of Disney’s Marvel Avengers were coming together to fundraise for Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden.
Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Zoe Saldana, Don Cheadle, and Paul Rudd are all pitching in to raise money for Joe Biden but one of the names left off of that list was Chris Pratt. Once the internet realized that Pratt wasn’t attending the event, they started to attack him for being a white supremacist and an outspoken Christian.
This prompted actor Robert Downey Jr. to step in and defend his friend from leftist smears. Downey posted the following in defense of Pratt:
“What a world… The “sinless” are casting stones at my brother, Chris Pratt… A real Christian who lives by principle has never demonstrated anything but positivity and gratitude… AND he just married into a family that makes space for civil discourse and (just plain fact) INSISTS on service as the highest value.
If you take issue with Chris,,, I’ve got a novel idea. Delete your social media accounts, sit with your OWN defects of character, work on THEM, then celebrate your humanness…”
Even progressive actor Mark Ruffalo stepped in to defend Pratt. Ruffalo responded by saying:
You all, @prattprattpratt is as solid a man there is. I know him personally, and instead of casting aspersions, look at how he lives his life. He is just not overtly political as a rule. This is a distraction. Let’s keep our eyes on the prize, friends. We are so close now.

“You all,@prattprattprattis as solid a man there is. I know him personally, and instead of casting aspersions, look at how he lives his life. He is just not overtly political as a rule. This is a distraction. Let’s keep our eyes on the prize, friends. We are so close now.”
You would think this would be the end of the story but as we know, social justice warriors NEVER know when to quit. Progressive Twitter then proceeded to attack Ruffalo and Downey Jr. for defending Chris Pratt but not defending actress Brie Larson…that’s right, someone Brie Larson is now dragged into this.
Users quickly continued their smears against Chris Pratt and the others because they didn’t defend Brie Larson from The Quartering’s Youtube videos.
Where was this energy when Brie Larson was massively harassed for months just for advocating for diversity in the industry? And they all knew about it. Suddenly Chris Pratt gets some criticism and they all come to his defense? The bar is hell. pic.twitter.com/4mmlfxFkig

the mcu cast going out of their way to defend chris pratt… where was that same energy when emily vancamp was getting hate from the entire fandom… when the entire internet/white men constantly harassed brie larson??

To recap, progressives attack Chris Pratt for existing, his castmates defend him as a good person, and then progressive get upset at them for defending against THEIR attacks because they didn’t help Brie Larson.
Twitter is a cesspool of progressive stupidity.

Oh Christ. I hate Far Left Extremists with a passion.
“advocating for diversity”, oh, is that what you call saying that people’s opinions don’t matter if they’re the wrong race and gender? Is that what you call pushing for cultural segregation, saying that black movies are on for black people (and presumably white movies are only for white people, etc.)? That’s advocating for diversity? Yeah, I can’t imagine why her Avengers co-stars weren’t rushing to defend that.
