Gal Gadot has found herself going from hero to villain with the members of Progressive Twitter in less than 48 hours.

Gadot, who was praised earlier this week for exposing her abusive working relationship with Director Joss Whedon on the set of Warner Bros’s ‘Justice League’ is now under fire from progressives for defending Israel, her home country in the aftermath of the Gaza bombing that has killed over 20 people.

Gadot, who was born and raised in Petah Tikva, took to social media calling for peace in the region but upset progressives by saying Israel deserves to live as a free and safe nation.

Gadot’s message stated:

Gadot’s defense of Israel caused Progressive Twitter to turn on her including Captain Marvel actress Brie Larson, who reportedly unfollowed Gal on social media following her post. Progressive Twitter took to social media to celebrate Brie and condemn Gadot.

Progressives have a long standing hatred of Israel and it was only a matter of time before they turned on Gal Gadot given her ties to the nation.
