Hollywood actor John Leguizamo recently slammed Hispanics who support Trump and one Hispanic Trump supporter is not happy…UFC Welterweight fighter Jorge Masvidal.

John Leguizamo made the insulting remarks during an appearance Friday on HBO’s Real Time with Bill Maher. At one point Maher asked the actor about a recent report indicating that President Trump is popular among young Latino males.

The actor replied: “Latin people for Republicans are like roaches for Raid. Let’s just get real. So, I just feel like there’s a level of self-hate, or just lack of care  for the rest of your Latin brothers and sisters who are in cages, who are being demonized by this president.”

Leguizamo didn’t mention that the Obama-Biden administration started the policy of separating kids from adults at the border and that the so-called “cages” are chain-linked enclosures.

When Leguizamo’s comments made it back to UFC’s BMF (Baddest Motherf**er) Champion Jorge Masvidal, he did not take kindly to the statement that was aimed at him.

Masvidal, who is a proud Trump Supporter, took to Twitter to respond:

“Stop tearing my people down Leguizamo. Maybe cause I just cashed my check and I’m not out of touch with reality. 47 years and Joe hasn’t done a thing but helps build the cages you talk about. You must be sniffing RAID talking wild about my people. Words have consequences”

Masvidal continued:

“Another blue check actor telling you how to think”

“You’ve been rich since you were in your 20’s and you calling us roaches? Talk about a sellout you are a fake Puerto Rican who’s made his money off the people you call roaches going and supporting you. I would never call anyone a roach for who they choose to vote for”

“Talking to you the real life Benny blanco bitch”

 

 

 

 

Masvidal was born and raised in Miami, Florida, his father came from Communist Cuba and was raised to reject Communism and Socialism which is why Jorge supports the Republican Ticket.

Last year, Masvidal headlined UFC 244 defeating Nate Diaz. The fight was attended by President Trump making him the first sitting president to attend a live MMA fight.
