Progressives are furious at the state of Florida for passing a bill that bans the teaching of sexuality and transgenderism to children between kindergarten through third grade.

When it comes to Disney animation studio Pixar, they are so upset about the bill, they are demanding that the multi-national corporation stop censoring LGBT love scenes from their movies both domestically and international.

In a story that I covered earlier this week with BoundingIntoComics entitled ‘Pixar Employees Accuse Disney Of Censoring LGBT Content In Children’s Movies, Demand Disney Support Opposition To “Anti-Grooming” Bill’ the studio throws their parent company under the bus by claiming that Disney corporate executives have censored nearly every moment of overtly gay affection in Pixar films, movies that are aimed specifically for children.

Pixar employees claims they have fought to include LGBTQ+ scenes in their movies.

Marvel/Disney

“Nearly every moment of overtly gay affection is cut at Disney’s behest, regardless of when there is a protest from both the creative teams and executive leadership at Pixar,” the letter from Pixar’s employees claim.

“Even if creating LGBTQIA+ content was the answer to fixing the discriminatory legislation in the world, we are being barred from creating it. Beyond the ‘inspiring content’ that we aren’t even allowed to create, we require action.”

As a direct response to this criticism within their ranks, A new report from John Trent claims that The Walt Disney Company and Pixar will include a gay relationship in their upcoming Lightyear film.

Disney

This new report comes from Variety and claims that a source informed them that the film “does feature a significant female character, Hawthorne (voiced by Uzo Aduba), who is in a meaningful relationship with another woman.”

The report goes on to add that Pixar and Disney reportedly had cut a kiss between these two characters but will put the scene back in due to the internal backlash from their own ranks.

Scooper and film critic Grace Randolph previously claimed Lightyear would have “substantial LGBT representation” back in November.

Disney/Marvel

The reaction of progressives has been very telling given their outrage at the idea that their teacher will no longer be able to teach 4 years but drag queens and Pansexuality. Their response to double down on LGBT content aimed at children is even more telling.

It’s about time parents start paying attention to what their children is being taught by public school teachers and by movies aimed at younger audiences because its clear that these people do not have the best interest of you and your kids in mind.

  1. Talk about wanting to have your cake and eat it to.

Disney owns you. Disney bank rolls you. Disney pays for the product and ultimately Disney is doing it for commercial reasons. It’s a business. There are artists who create work with their own personal messages and ideologies. They pay for that right in lost opportunity cost.

The gall of wanting the money and prestige of working for Pixar while also thinking you should just be able to do the starving artist thing and force the people who hired you to have no say in the product.

  3. These same employees probably have no problem with Disney deleting the scenes for China and Saudi Arabia then, don’t they? They only care about being bigots.
