In an era of interfaith summits and ecumenical overtures, the Roman Catholic Church (RCC) extends a seductive invitation to unity, amplified by the 2025 election of Pope Leo XIV—the first American pontiff—and a Trump administration Cabinet brimming with Catholic appointees.

Yet the Bible demands rejection of this call. From Revelation 17’s harlot riding the beast to Daniel 2’s brittle iron-clay empire, the RCC embodies “Mystery, Babylon the Great” (Revelation 17:5)—a system of idolatry, false gospels, and prophetic deception that could damn billions in the seven-year tribulation. Christians must heed Revelation 18:4: “Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins.”

Revelation 17 paints the RCC as the harlot on seven hills (v. 9, Rome/Vatican), arrayed in purple and scarlet, holding a golden cup of abominations (v. 4, Mass chalice), drunk with saints’ blood (v. 6, Inquisition). She fornicates with kings (v. 2), riding a beast (Satanic empire, potentially Islamic caliphate) until betrayed and burned (v. 16).

Daniel 2’s statue ends with feet of iron and clay—partly strong, partly broken (v. 42). “They shall mingle… but they shall not cleave” (v. 43)—a failed fusion smashed by Christ’s kingdom (v. 44). Modern “Chrislam” initiatives like the 2019 Abu Dhabi Declaration and 2023 Abrahamic Family House embody this: Catholic-Islamic mingling against “extremism,” empowering the beast (Mahdi/Antichrist) while the harlot rides temporarily.

The RCC’s false Christ—a re-sacrificed wafer in the Mass (CCC 1366–1367)—contradicts Hebrews 10:10: “Once for all.” Salvation via baptism, sacraments, and works (CCC 1996) nullifies Ephesians 2:8–9: “Not of works.” Marian Co-Redemptrix dogma (CCC 969) violates 1 Timothy 2:5: “One mediator.”

This is another Jesus (2 Corinthians 11:4), damnable heresy (Galatians 1:8). Trusting it sends souls to hell (John 14:6: “No man cometh unto the Father, but by me”; 1 Corinthians 15:1–4: gospel of Christ’s death, burial, resurrection). Hollywood, born in Catholic-founded Los Angeles (“Our Lady Queen of the Angels,” 1781), amplifies Babylon’s wine. The 1930s Legion of Decency and Production Code, crafted by Jesuit Daniel Lord and Catholic Joseph Breen, censored films while glorifying priests (The Bells of St. Mary’s, 1945) and caricaturing Bible-believing Protestants (Elmer Gantry, 1960).

Despite anti-Christian themes, popes are venerated (The Two Popes, 2019), while evangelicals are mocked (Saved!, 2004). Revelation 18:23’s “sorceries” deceive nations; Hollywood’s Catholic undercurrent—executives like Disney’s Bob Iger, producers like Martin Scorsese—trades “souls of men” (v. 13), equating Christianity with Rome, not Scripture.

Pope Leo XIV’s American roots and Trump’s Catholic-heavy Cabinet (Vance, Rubio, Kennedy) signal a push for control. Melania Trump’s rosary and Easter piety, Trump’s pragmatic adaptation, and Vance’s Augustinian conversion align with Vatican priorities—migration, “human fraternity.” Post-rapture, Catholics (19–22%, Pew 2025) could dominate a depleted Protestant landscape, enabling state-backed RCC power.

Leo’s Palestinian tilt—labeling Gaza actions “genocide,” urging embargoes—revives Replacement Theology, stealing Israel’s promises (Romans 11:26: “All Israel shall be saved”). This rejects Zechariah 14:4 (Christ’s Jerusalem return) for a harlot-beast alliance. The Islamic Mahdi (Antichrist) and Isa (False Prophet) fit Revelation 13: Mahdi’s black flags (Hadiths, ISIS) conquer a Middle Eastern empire (Daniel 7 beasts); Isa descends in Damascus, breaks crosses (Bukhari). Catholic-Islamic unity (Nostra Aetate, 1965; Abu Dhabi) rides this beast, only to be destroyed (Revelation 17:16).

Daniel 9:27’s seven-year covenant could begin with false peace, breaking at the abomination (Matthew 24:15), unleashing tribulation’s billions of deaths—wars, plagues, beast’s slaughter (Revelation 6, 13).Matthew 24:24 warns of false Christs deceiving the elect. The RCC’s Jesus—wafer, works, Mary—leads to hell (John 5:24: believe for eternal life). 2 Corinthians 6:14–15: “What fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness?” Christians must reject Rome, expose Babylon, preach Christ alone (Acts 4:12). Revelation 14:9–11: beast-worship means “torment with fire and brimstone.”

The Bible’s verdict is clear: flee the harlot (Revelation 18:4), trust the true Christ—eternal God (John 1:1), died once (Hebrews 9:28), rose victorious (1 Corinthians 15:4). No unity with darkness. The Lamb overcomes (Revelation 17:14). Come, Lord Jesus (Revelation 22:20).
