Progressives on social media didn’t like it when someone dug up old tweets of one of their own to be weaponized against them, so instead they decided to attack the messenger while doubling down on the message.

On Friday, Bounding Into Comics posted an article which they exposed Krystina Arielle, who was recently announced as the host of the Star Wars: The High Republic show, for having some serious issues with white women and white people in general. You can read the tweets yourself in the link provided.

The article referenced a series of Twitter posts, mostly from 2020, in where Arielle went on multiple tangents attacking white people for various perceived issues of “white supremacy”. Disney, which owns Star Wars and Lucasfilm seemly tried to keep Arielle comments under wraps to give the illusion that they weren’t hiring yet another far left ideologue to their brand.

Once the story went viral, Star Wars official Twitter account was forced to make a statement in which they 100% backed the comments made by Arielle.

“Our Star Wars community is one of hope and inclusivity. We do not stand for bullying and racism. We support Krystina Arielle.”

As if this writing, they have made no reference to Arielle’s comments towards white people. When Star Wars/Disney made their statement, Twitter came in to give their spin on the story as it begin to trend on it’s site. According to twitter’s version of events under the hashtag #IStandWithKrystina,

“People are standing with the newly announced host of ‘Star Wars: The High Republic’ Krystina Arielle after Bounding Into Comics published an article and video taking issue with past Tweets in which she repeatedly denounced racism, particularly from White people. With the spin in place, Twitter users gave their thoughts on the story, mostly continuing to rant about white people:

Following Disney’s statement, Twitter users used this opportunity to attempt to deplatform Bounding Into Comics using a false violation flag campaign. They have also renewed calls for the firing of Star Wars Actress Gina Carano. Carano has angered progressives in the past with her social media posts that support conservatives and push back media driven COVID hysteria. This alone has caused many in the Star Wars community to push for her firing, we’ll see how long she lasted before Disney finally caves to left wing pressure, which they will.

Disney is no stranger to pandering to progressives and pushing progressivism in all forms of their media empire. The march continues with no end in sight, remember that while you log into your Hulu, ESPN+, and Disney+ accounts.

  1. This is why Disney is a coward studio. And I can tell Michael Harriot is the real racist when being racist towards white people.

    1. Consider the possibility that the entire fracas was instigated by and serves as free publicity for the Disney program she is involved with. Disney – or more precisely Bob Iger – has cultivated the SJW set since before the first Disney Star Wars was even written.

  2. I thought attacking reporters’ credibility was a treasonous undermining of our democracy. Now it’s heroic. It’s so hard to keep up.
