On Friday, rioters upset at the police killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis, Minnesota destroyed property at the CNN headquarters in Downtown Atlanta along with burning police vehicles in the area.

As the rioters began to throw explosives into the lobby of the Atlanta office of CNN, Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms held an emergency press conference with black leaders urging rioters to stop destroying property in their own neighborhoods.
In an effort, to reach out to the people, the mayor brought out Atlanta born rappers T.I. and Killer Mike to reason with the people.
T.I., who recently sided with Iran in their position to kill US politicians attempted to be the voice of reason telling locals not to destroy the city likening it to Wakanda.
“When you don’t get treated right in New York, when you don’t get treated right in LA, when you can’t get treated right in Detriot, when you don’t get treated right in St. Louis, when you don’t get treated right in Alabama, Atlanta has been here for us. This city don’t deserve this.
However, I understand a lot of others do, but we can’t do this here, this is Wakanda, it’s safe and must be protected.”
Rapper Killer Mike had a more emotional plea to the citizens of Atlanta attacking the police, the media, and the president.
“It is the responsibility of us to make this better, right now. We don’t want to see one officer charged, we want to see four officers prosecuted and sentenced,” he said.
“We do not want to see targets burning, we want to see the system that sets up for systemic racism, burned to the ground.”
Mike continued
“We have to be better than this moment. We have to be better than burning down our own homes, because if we lose Atlanta, what else we got?”
“I want you to go home, I want you to talk to 10 of your friends, I want you guys to come up with real solutions. … We don’t need a dumb ass president repeating what segregationists said.”
The calls for peace fell on deaf ears as rioters continued their destruction of Atlanta throughout the night.
#BREAKING video: CNN correspondent Nick Valencia reporting from a lobby at Atlanta's CNN Center (most hosts nowadays are in D.C. and NYC, so they're unaffected) that's under attack from protesters, throwing rocks, smoke grenades, firing BB rounds pic.twitter.com/a0GObuF1Nf

More video from #AtlantaRiot. I'm genuinely shaking right now. @CNN Center is under attack by protesters right outside a lobby. There's genuine fear in Nick @CNNValencia's voice right now. To think this is happening in this country in 2020 is horrifying. NO ONE deserves this pic.twitter.com/ZbWOwNcDHq

One more video from CNN's live coverage of rioters causing havoc trying to breach the CNN Center in Atlanta. Nick @CNNValencia did a great job and @ChrisCuomo as well coaching him through this. Right after this, tear gas canisters started to really spread and Nick fled the scene pic.twitter.com/5KKqgyOdai

Well, that was a bad idea. I hope Brian Kemp punishes Keisha Lance Bottoms for letting these riots happen in the first place.
Well, at least the “rioters” are multicultural and diverse. I wonder how many residents of the surrounding area are looking to buy guns today?
