Despite the fact that four years ago, Ghostbusters (2016) lost between 50-75 million dollars for Sony at the box office, pissed on the fans of a cinematic classic, and labeled its critics’ sexist manbabies…Director/Screenwriter Paul Feig is STILL pointing fingers at everyone but himself for the film’s failure.

Who is to blame this time? Trump Voters.

“I think some really brilliant author … needs to write a book about 2016 and how intertwined we were with Hillary Clinton and the anti-Hillary movement,” Feig said

“Everyone was at a boiling point. I don’t know if it was having an African American president for eight years that teed them up, they were just ready to explode.”

“It’s crazy how people got nuts about women trying to be in power or be in positions they weren’t normally in.” He added of the film’s release, “It was an ugly, ugly year.”

At this point, people are going to watch Ghostbusters: Afterlife out of spite.

Since the sex reversal Ghostbusters remake, Feig has done nothing but executive producer jobs for TV shows and some minor movies. According to the “Studio Binder” site, an executive producer is usually a financier of the project. Typically, this person may assemble the core team, but will not physically produce the project. So he kisses ass to get money for production.

Now Feig is in the process of actually producing another movie and guess what? It’s “Spy 2”. Spy 1, you may remember is about a morbidly obese woman CIA analyist played by Ghostbusters remake star Melissa McCarthy and should appeal to the same bitter feminist crowd that paid to see sex reversal Ghostbusters. Hence his comments.

Literally no one cared about his race. Conservatives would’ve been happy to vote for Allen West, Ben Carson, Herman Cain, or Condoleeza Rice as alternatives to Obama. The only people who cared about Obama’s race were liberals like Feig, who refused to let him be judged on the content of his character. The fact that they are still pushing this strawman in 2020 shows how pathetic and how deep into their bubble they really are.
