What is a Nazi?

Is it a member of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party?

Is it someone who actually advocates for National Socialism?

Is it someone who supports a white ethnostate?

Is it someone who wears swastikas and idolizes Adolf Hitler?

Or is it someone who simply says things that you don’t like?

Former Comic Crusaders writer Chelsea Pendragon recently wrote a now-deleted article entitled “To Punch a Nazi or Not to Punch a Nazi?”. The devout feminist writer references the Matt Loter alleged assault on The Quartering’s Jeremy Hambly. The article not only makes the point the violence is necessary against ‘Nazis’ who harass but calls for more violence against them

In Pendragon’s op-ed, she specifically calls for more violence against Hambly.

“I do not condone violence in most situations, I feel as though our words should be powerful enough to convey our messages and invoke change, but sometimes this is not the case. Sometimes our words, voting with our wallets and refusal to entertain the rhetoric we disagree with falls upon deaf ears. And if that rhetoric is dangerous to others? Well, I won’t be losing any sleep over the fact that a fist made the point a bit more clear.”

She ends by saying

“So punch a fucking Nazi. Cap did it!”

Needless to say, this did not go over well. Hundreds of messages and complaints were directed to the writer and the host site for allowing what was ultimately is a call for domestic terrorism (the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.) In the aftermath, Pendragon was fired by Comic Crusaders who responded by pulling the article with this official response.

Pendragon who protected her twitter account and shut down her social media (the same thing Matt Loter did after the alleged assault), citing what she called ‘death threats’ which later turned out to calls for self-defense against the violence she was openly advocating for.

For more context of the article in question watch the analysis videos of Richard Meyer and Jeremy Hambly himself. Everyday left-wing advocates are openly calling for violence against who they call Nazis. From Comic book professionals to Hollywood celebrities such as Dave Bautista, James Gunn, and Dan Harmon to name a few. The calls to violence are growing and as these people believe there is a growing number of Nazi extremists taking over the country, it seems like these same people are endorsing and acting on the same type of violence and intimidation against their enemies that was ordered by Adolf Hitler himself.

  1. Is this supposed to be reporting?
I don’t advocate violence but It doesn’t matter one way or the other if one agrees with her article, it’s presented as an opinion piece, while this article pretends to be reporting news but is actually just as opinionated as hers. At least she is honest about it.

  2. Hmm. It’s hard to form an opinion as I was unable to actually read the article, that said let me leave you with this,

“People who get the most upset about others saying that ‘Nazis should get punched’ are always white dudes with the most racist shit in their profiles.
It’s almost as if they have a vested interest in making people not punch Nazis. Weird.”

    1. I’m pretty sure you have an opinion quoting Tim Doyle but this article wasn’t written by a white dude so your cut and paste angry white dude response missed it’s mark – SR

      1. My statement was stating that I couldn’t form an opinion on the said article because I couldn’t read it.
That doesn’t mean I don’t have an opinion about whiny boys that are afraid of women or change, whether or not they are self aware enough to know that is the real reason behind their emotions.
To quote your article when you ask what a Nazi is, “Is it someone who actually advocates for National Socialism?”
Are you serious with this statement? Every child thats been through a history class is aware that Nazi’s were socialist in name only and were Fascist in practice.
People who claim different are one of three things: uneducated, willfully ignorant or trying to cause deception.
        Which are you?
To be honest I think everything about this site is a joke. I saw the name in a post on Reddit and thought maybe it had potential, but I was wrong. I wouldn’t be surprised if all involved rangebin age from 12 to 14. It’s just very amateurish.
