Update 2x: Matt “Fantastic” Loter was forced to make a public apology to Jeremy Hambly in a four-minute video, ending their near year-long legal dispute following Loter assaulting Hambly at last year’s GenCon for comments he made about Anita Sarkeesian.

Update: After Days of radio silence on social media, Matt Loter, Connecticut professor and owner of Elm City Games posted this Facebook update just days after allegedly attacking Jeremy Hambly outside of Gencon. The Daily Caller and Campus Reform have officially picked up the story.

On August 2nd, at the popular gaming convention known as GenCon in Indianapolis, Indiana; popular Youtuber Jeremy Hambly who runs the Youtube Channel ‘The Quartering‘ was allegedly brutally attacked by Matt Loter, owner of Elm City Games. The attack occurred last night after Matt allegedly walked up to Jeremy, asked him his name and proceeded to attack him until finally pulled apart by witnesses at the scene.

Earlier this morning after witnesses provided photos of the guy who matched the attacker’s description at the convention hours before, he was ID’d a Matt Lotter, owner of Elm City Games. Loter who goes by the twitter handle, , was apparently part of a group that targeted Jeremy months before the convention. Loter has since shut down all of his social media accounts to prevent being found.

Matt can also be seen in other photos wearing ‘Punch Nazis’ shirts at other unrelated events. The organizers of GenCon have refused to speak on the matter or acknowledge the incident. A police report of the incident has been filed and Matt Loter is currently wanted for questioning by local authorities. Jeremy has stated he will seek legal action against Matt and forming a legal team. Matt has shut down all of his social media since the assault.
