Stop me if you have heard this before, crazy ex-wife cannot handle the fact that her former husband is moving on without her and she decides to make the new woman’s life a living hell. It seems like I’ve seen this type of film at least 4-5 times in the last few months. A Melodramatic tale of scorned people acting crazy, but being so smart with their crazy that they manage to stay off of the radar of the authorities.

This time around Katherine Heigl is the crazy bitch vs Rosario Dawson who is the other woman intruding in her former life. The thing that makes this film hard to believe is that there is no build up to Heigl going bonkers. She is always portrayed this way, her husband knows all about her loony side which makes it troubling on how he would even let her close to their daughter in the first place (Side Note, I thought the twist would be that the little girl in the film wasn’t his daughter to illustrate how coo coo for cocoa puffs she is but the film misses that lay-up). The film isn’t good enough to be considered for a rental and it isn’t bad enough to be considered for a rental either. It’s so blandly in the world of ‘meh’, that movie title serves as a big slice of irony because you will probably forget all about this film by the time you leave the theater doors. Unforgettable is what happens when you beat a dead horse and you aren’t even creative enough to use a different stick.

  1. Thanks for the warning! I’ll be avoiding this forgettable garbage. 😉 The whole crazy ex-wife plotline irks me a great deal. Also, love your official rating, haha!

  2. I just love your ratings system. I actually thought Heigl’s overacting was entertaining. This struck me as one to enjoy just to laugh at how bad it is.
